Any resources to heal the limbic system after trauma?
Yes! Please seek professional advice, but things to consider: CBT, psychotherapy, mindfulness-based practices and medication. Exercise, support groups and being in nature are also very healing. Wishing you all the best on your journey. Please remember, you are not alone! Find others who can help.
@@Penguinprof thank you I appreciate it very much!
Thank u
You are welcome!
Thank you
You're welcome!
Thank you for such a nice explaination.
Glad it was helpful!
Do u need a visa?
The answer depends on what country you are from and how long you intend to stay. Details here: www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
Yeah but you have to be quiet on the bus 🤫
Filming in Japan was definitely a challenge - but as soon as I told people it was for RUclips, they got very excited, asked a lot of questions and many subscribed on the spot!!! 😊😊
this video is so nice, idk why but it made me feel calm :)
I’m so glad! Thanks for watching!
so cute!! i'll have to stop by here when i'm in tokyo next ❤
It’s definitely worth the trip - about an hour and 15 minutes by train from Shinjuku. 😍
I didn't understood a single thing in chemistry in school because i spent my middle school years in quarantine. Your video helped me so much to learn the basics in a simpler and much easier way! I'll be preparing for the medical entrance exam, the 5th hardest exam in india and sucking at chemistry is not gonna be a problem because I've already found your channel!!! Sending my best wishes to you mam!
Oh, thank you SO much for this! I'm so happy you found it helpful and I wish you ALL THE BEST for your upcoming exam!!!
Nice exploring.....!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I had a subarachnoid hemorhage a few years ago, i feel way closer to normal when taking psilocybin, when I stop taking it after about a couple weeks i feel bad again, depression brain fog , anxiety sore body , headaches and pain , but when i take it it i feel 70 percent normal again, it helps tremendously even in small doses,. I wish i had help or at least a understanding of whats going on with me
Thank you for sharing and I wish you all the best on your journey. Believe me, I know that recovering from a serious medical trauma is an exhausting process, and sometimes a very lonely one. Find others who have gone through similar challenges and remember to ASK FOR HELP when you need it. Best wishes always!
i'm having my college entrance exams in a month and i never really understood anything from high school chemistry, this helps soooo much and im gonna subscribe to your channel <3
Thanks for letting me know and GOOD LUCK with your exams! And thanks for supporting!!!
i think it’s cool
Thanks!
I'm 55 and halfway through an accelerated VN program. I wish I would've found this sooner. This made things so much easier. Thank you so much!!!
Glad it helped! Best of luck to you!
Does it work with an iPad? Also, does it support slides other than PowerPoint slides?
I haven't been able to yet (but submit requests to Zoom and keep an eye out for their updates). Good luck!
You are amazing 😶💙
Thank you!!!
4:27 WISE lol 😂
Got it! Penguin prof style, thank you!
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Have you noticed a very fine particulate getting suspended in the solution from the celite? I can only see it with the right intensity flash light or maybe a laser. This suspension never seems to bottom out and ever since using this through a fritted filter, I get this suspension in any solution that goes through the filter now. I can also see some of the silicon dioxide around the edge of the frit and it does not want to budge from normal cleaning. I'm trying to figure out the best way to clean it properly but I haven't had any luck yet. I'm thinking I may need a dilute solution of sodium hydroxide at just the right concentration to dissolve and potentially loosen the the SiO2 without damaging the frit.
Thanks! It was a great help
Glad it helped!
This is a FANTASTIC video! It's clear, concise, SUPER easy, and exactly what I needed to know!!❤
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Such a soothing voice. Keep it up!
Thank you! Will do!

That's great feedback -- thanks!
Thank you:)
You are so welcome!
I was given plaxovid during covid since I had diabetes and no vaccine. This stuff messes with your mental state big time.
Interesting -- side effects vary a lot of course. I made this video and then a year later I took it myself (actually I've now taken it twice). For me, the "Paxlovid mouth" was absolutely the worst, but that was all (and it really helped me with my COVID symptoms which were pretty bad the first time).

Ur a great teacher, I love the way u speak.
Thank you! 😃
Thank you! this helped me a lot all your videos did thank you!
I'm so glad! Thanks for watching!
Haha "Do you remember paper?"
I know, right? Now when I get a piece of paper that I need to save, I wonder what to do with it after I scan and catalog it!
omg in 1 minute i learned more than I ever did in 4 years of chemistry in university!
OMG that's fantastic! Glad it was helpful.
I really like the analogies you are using to explain things, it is really easy to learn that way. Thank you again for making these videos
I am so glad you find them helpful! Thanks for watching!
The internet is a human right because it's a great education equalizer. Before the internet the kids at the best schools had the best teachers but now even a kid with access to the internet in Nome Alaska can have access to the same great professor as rich kids at Harvard. The internet is a challenge to the traditional education paradigm which required every school to have a professor teaching the same 101 course and now any autodidact can access Penguin and learn science.
How you do it in IPad
I haven't been able to yet (but always make requests and keep an eye out for Zoom updates).
Can anyone explain :- 7:34
Wonderful explanation
Thank you so much!!!
Thank you. The pace and style are just right for me.
So glad!
thx
Welcome!
